i’m officially 21 today
while watching the state of the union
I came to a conclusion that if I were to ever intern at the White House, I’d totally pull a Monica Lewinsky.
Get it, girl.
(And this post pretty much guarantees that I will never get an internship at the White House.)

so i'm at the gym
and I’m on my first set of bench presses, right, and I’m only doing the bar and I hear some girl really loudly and condescendingly go, “Aww, I remember when I was part of the bar club.” RUDE, RIGHT. And so I finish my set and I look up, expecting to see someone who was really fit and toned and whatever, but NO. She was just some normal ass girl who had like 40 lbs on me so...
so i had a post about my 21st birthday party
but I looked like a drunk lunatic and then strangers started reblogging it and then I realized that the internet is a scary place so I took it down, but here, you guys can have this one:

The first two days of classes were uneventful and I have no motivation for anything other than hitting the gym and doing barbell squats until I have an ass like Beyonce. That’s all I want, all I ever wanted.

also, i should be getting my financial aid refund...
and there is only a negligible portion of my conscience telling me to not spend it all on shoes.
dumb question in a dumb post but
my 21st birthday is in like two weeks and I’ve been scouring the internet for the ~perfect outfit~ but no luck. Why is everything so sparkly? Why can’t I pull off dresses with sleeves? And WHY are color-blocking and ruching back in style?
